Key Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure Prior experience with school-based OT services preferred Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation Ability to adapt interventions to meet students diverse needs Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families Energetic, compassionate, and eager to empower students

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with occupational therapy needs Deliver direct and consultative OT services within classroom and individualized settings Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expertise and progress reports Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate OT strategies into daily activities Maintain thorough documentation and reports in compliance with school and state regulations Provide training, education, and support to other school personnel and families
