As a key member of the student support team, you will utilize your expertise in school-based occupational therapy to foster student independence, functional skills, and overall participation in the classroom. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Occupational Therapist licensure (state requirements must be met) Previous experience in a school setting, particularly with elementary-aged students Strong knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs Ability to manage a caseload across multiple sites Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Enthusiastic about collaborative, student-centered practice

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative OT services to elementary students, addressing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills Conduct assessments and contribute to multi-disciplinary evaluations Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals and school-wide initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
