9663197-95206 Job Description Step into a dynamic, collaborative environment supporting students across multiple school sites as a full-time Occupational Therapist. Work alongside a dedicated team, including four OTs and two COTAs, providing essential onsite support for PreK-12 students throughout the school year. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current California OT license and registration Previous school-based or pediatric setting experience preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to travel between 1-3 school sites as assigned
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and deliver individualized therapy services for students PreK-12 Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation in school routines Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards Adapt intervention strategies to meet diverse student needs and site requirements Participate in team meetings, including problem-solving and best-practice sharing
