Join us in making a positive impact on our residents' lives! Your Role as an Occupational Therapist As an Occupational Therapist at Covenant Living of Turlock, you will:
Evaluate and Assess:
Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine residents' functional status and identify areas for improvement.Develop Treatment Plans:
Create personalized treatment programs aimed at enhancing residents' independence and quality of life. Collaborate withHealthcare Team:
Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.Educate and Empower:
Provide training to residents, families, and staff on adaptive techniques and equipment to promote independence.Document Progress:
Maintain accurate and timely records of residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program. Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
