  • Time/Per-diem SPG Therapy & Education is a specialized pediatric group looking for talented, energetic and creative Occupational Therapists to join us!

What We're Looking For:
Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred. Holds (or are eligible for) a valid California OT license Masters Degree or Doctorate Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings Communicates effectively and thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams Brings strong clinical skills and warm, client-centered approach Eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop their professional expertise Recognized by Our People Based entirely on employee feedback, SPG has been named a Top Workplace for the third year in a row! What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering Direct therapy conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments Collaborating Closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams members to support student success Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed
