We are committed to delivering culturally responsive, family-centered care that honors each family's unique values and parenting perspectives. We are currently seeking a Part-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide in-home Early Intervention services (ages birth to 3) throughout the San Gabriel Valley. The in-home caseload will be assigned according to your home location. New graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Valid OTR license in California.
  • At least 1 year pediatric experience or completion of pediatric fieldwork, with ongoing mentorship provided!
  • Preferred experience with infants, toddlers, and feeding difficulties.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with families.
  • Independent work ability and teamwork skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus. Responsibilities
In-Home Patient Care:
Deliver specialized in-home care to early intervention clients, ranging from newborns to 3-year-olds, within the San Gabriel Valley.
    Goal Setting:
    Work closely with each child and their family to establish personalized goals and care plans that cater to their specific developmental needs.
      Assessments:
      Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy (OT) and developmental assessments to evaluate each child's current capabilities and areas needing support.
      • Communicate in-person and via email providing parent/caregiver education, as well as communicating with other professionals about diagnosis and treatment.
      Documentation:
      Diligently document each child's progress, growth, and development, ensuring patient records are thorough, accurate, and up-to-date on EMR. Submit detailed progress reports as required to track and communicate developmental milestones and improvements.
