Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity to support K-12 students as an Occupational Therapist for the upcoming school years. In this onsite role, you will play a vital part in empowering students to achieve greater independence and success in their daily school activities. Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals while working with a diverse caseload in a supportive environment.
Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Current license to practice Occupational Therapy Strong background in school-based OT services Experience with K-12 student populations Skillful in conducting assessments, writing IEP goals, and documenting progress Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with staff and families Adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic school settings
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative OT services to K-12 students in line with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct assessments to determine student needs and update documentation as required Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies addressing motor, sensory, and functional skills Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and fostering ongoing communication with families and teachers Maintain accurate records and adhere to all school and district guidelines for service delivery This full-time, onsite position starts as soon as possible and continues through June 11, 2027, offering stability and the chance to make a lasting difference.
