Located in beautiful Alamosa, CO, this role allows you to enjoy the unique outdoor experiences at Great Sand Dunes National Park and participate in vibrant local events like the San Luis Valley Brewing Company tours and community showcases. At San Luis Care Center, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative medical team, dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services. This position may involve shift work, with the possibility of rotating shifts to ensure comprehensive coverage and care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include catering to patient needs, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and administering day-to-day care with compassion and professionalism. REQUIREMENTS
Occupational Therapist, Skilled References:
1 Reference in entire work history License and SNF experience are required.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Travel experience is preferred
