Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado (or ability to obtain before start) Prior experience delivering OT services to school-aged children, including assessments and interventions Familiarity with educational IEP processes Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, families, and support staff Ability to manage a caseload and effectively document progress in compliance with school and state guidelinesKey Responsibilities:
Provide therapy services to students within assigned schools, adapting interventions according to individual needs Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations Develop and implement IEP goals supporting classroom participation, motor skills, and daily living activities Collaborate with teachers to design strategies that foster student engagement and inclusion Maintain accurate records and regularly communicate progress with team members and caregivers Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions as a valued voice in students' educational journeys Enjoy diverse experiences and personal growth in a vibrant, supportive school community near Boulder, CO.
