Intermountain Health seeks a Lymphedema Neuro Occupational Therapist to deliver specialized, patient-centered care for individuals with lymphedema and neurological conditions. In this onsite role, you will complete comprehensive evaluations, design and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and provide manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, and neuro-rehabilitation to maximize function and independence. You will educate patients and caregivers, collaborate closely with an integrated care team, document outcomes, and support quality improvement in a mission-driven, supportive environment. Responsibilities Evaluate patients with lymphedema and neurological conditions using standardized assessments Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, and neuro-rehab interventions Educate patients and caregivers on self-management, safety, and adaptive strategies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab team to coordinate care plans Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes in the EMR accurately and timely Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and care planning Contribute to quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and clinical protocols Provide guidance to OT assistants, students, or new staff as needed Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and professional practice standards Required Skills Occupational therapy evaluation and treatment planning Lymphedema management and manual lymphatic drainage Compression bandaging and garment fitting Neuro-rehabilitation techniques (e.g., stroke, TBI, MS) ADL/IADL and functional mobility training Therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education Patient and caregiver education Clinical documentation and EMR proficiency Interdisciplinary team collaboration Knowledge of rehab safety and regulatory standards
