Job Description

Job description: The Child Development Center of Colorado Springs, Inc. (CDC) is seeking full-time and part time Occupational Therapists to join our established, multidisciplinary clinic. You'll work alongside a supportive team of OTs, Physical Therapists, and Speech Therapists in a collaborative environment that values mentorship, teamwork, and clinical excellence. For over 30 years , CDC has been dedicated to helping children and families reach their full potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. If you enjoy a varied pediatric caseload, interdisciplinary collaboration, and meaningful work with families, you'll feel at home at CDC. Key Responsibilities Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in a clinic setting Evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and other team members Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Valid Colorado OT license (required) Pediatric therapy experience (preferred) Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Passion for working with children and families Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care Why Join CDC?
