1 Description American Traveler is hiring a school-based Occupational Therapist to serve PK-5th grade students across multiple schools in a district requiring a Colorado OT CDE license. Details School-based setting within a Colorado school district Serve PK through 5th grade students Average caseload of approximately 45 students Day shift schedule, 5x7.5 hours, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Schools operate on a 4-day school week with no student services on Fridays Floating required between different schools within the district Mileage between schools is not billable Requirements Colorado OT CDE license required if applicable, and application for license must be submitted prior to interview Active state license required for consideration Additional Information Team includes 7.5 FTE Occupational Therapists and 1 COTA within the district Monthly team meetings provide ongoing support Trusted autonomy for related service providers, with Fridays available for administrative work or professional development Candidates are encouraged to live in Cortez, Mancos, or Dolores due to the position's location, and Durango is not recommended
