Must have Colorado OT License Must have active CPR Certification (to be completed before seeing patients) Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportationPerks and Benefits:

Salary of $78k - $94k is based on hourly session wages of $60-$65 with an average of 25-28 sessions per week. Providers are welcome to work more or less than this.Pay:
