Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a passionate Occupational Therapist to make a difference in a dynamic educational environment! This contract position is onsite only, serving students in an engaging setting near Englewood, CO. The assignment begins November 1st and runs through May 21st, 2027, providing you with a rewarding, stable role. Enjoy a balanced schedule working three days per week as you collaborate with school staff and empower students to achieve their fullest potential.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state (CDE credential is a must; consideration given with proof of CDE application) Previous pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred Outstanding communication and organization skills Ability to establish positive relationships with students, teachers, and families Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a diverse student population Assess and evaluate students functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsincluding educators, related service staff, and familiesto support student goals and IEP implementation Maintain detailed records, complete necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines Contribute to a positive and collaborative school culture by sharing expertise and advocating for students needs
