Occupational Therapist/Activities Dir - Part-time Work in the mountains in Kremmling, CO Middle Park Health (MPH) is a successful rural health system located in the high Rockies 1 1/2 hour west of Denver, CO with seven locations in beautiful Grand and Jackson counties where we have an abundance of year-round outdoor recreational activities. As a Level 4 Trauma hospital, MPH provides a range of services, including Emergency and Surgical Services, Rural Health Clinics, Rehabilitation Services Clinics, a Skilled Care Unit (SCU) and an Assisted Living Facility. Rehabilitation Services Director Description :

Under the direction of the Rehabilitation Services Director, the Occupational Therapist is responsible for the delivery of quality occupational therapy services in accordance with the physician's plan of care for inpatients, Skilled Care Unit and outpatients. This position also includes Activities planning and oversight for the Skilled Care Unit, This position is on a part-time basis for scheduled evals and treatments. Part-time employees are eligible for full benefits.

Requirements:

Graduate from an approved school of Occupational Therapy. Current registration with the NBCOT and License to practice in CO Three (3) or more years of previous experience in all aspects of occupational therapy preferred. Current

Status:

Part-time $36 - $59 per hour depending on years experience.

Location:

Kremmling, CO with coverage in Granby and Fraser.
