Basic Life Support (BLS). CO license required Current license as an Occupational Therapist Registered in the State of Colorado

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors or masters degree in occupational therapy from an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) or the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (AOTE) certified school. Min 1 yrs OT experience required BENEFITS and
