Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or relevant setting preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals Knowledge of IEP process and ability to participate effectively in IEP meetings Excellent documentation and organizational skills Adaptability to meet a broad range of student needs in an inclusive environment

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students goals Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in IEPs Support the integration of therapy strategies into classroom routines and activities Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and communication Educate staff and families on strategies that support student independence Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute OT expertise In addition to making a positive impact, youll enjoy a competitive hourly rate.
