ASAP Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors to understand their strengths and limitations Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings, setting specific and achievable goals that focus on enhancing clients' independence in daily activities Administer occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and adaptive techniques, to improve clients' functional abilities Address cognitive challenges through therapeutic activities and exercises designed to improve memory, attention, problem-solving, and other cognitive skills. Evaluate the need for and recommend appropriate assistive devices or adaptive equipment to support clients in their daily activities Assist clients in transitioning back to their communities after illness or injury, addressing challenges related to work, school, and social participationQualifications:
