13 Weeks Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our healthcare team in Longmont, CO. The Occupational Therapist will provide quality therapy services focused on improving patients' functional abilities, independence, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and provide occupational therapy based on physician orders and referrals. Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans. Provide skilled therapy services to improve functional abilities and independence in daily activities. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Supervise and provide guidance to COTAs in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Participate in care planning and team meetings as required. Follow all applicable facility, state, and federal regulations and safety standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program ( MOT or OTD ). Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license or ability to obtain one. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a healthcare team. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
