Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active Occupational Therapist license in Colorado (or eligibility) Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans tailored to individual student needs Understanding of IEP paperwork, goal development, and progress tracking
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy intervention plans Promote the development of fine motor, sensory, and functional skills Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into the classroom Document treatment sessions, progress, and recommendations Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions Provide consultative support and strategies to school staff Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive educational environment
