Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract assignment serving K-12 students as an Occupational Therapist in a vibrant educational environment. Located in the scenic area near Parachute, CO, this part-time, onsite role is scheduled from August 17 through June 3, with a consistent 20-hour weekly schedule. This is an opportunity to contribute your expertise and make a meaningful impact on student success and development.
Key Qualifications:
Active Colorado Teaching License (CDE) required OT Endorsement mandated Experience or training in school-based occupational therapy settings strongly preferred Ability to work effectively with K-12 student populations Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educational staff and families Commitment to ensuring best practices and compliance with state regulations
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services and evaluations to K-12 students Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) related to students occupational therapy needs Accurately document student progress and maintain required reports Communicate recommendations and advocate for students development of fine motor, adaptive, and sensory skills Enjoy the
