Qualifications & Experience:

Current and valid OT license required Prior experience providing Occupational Therapy services in schools highly preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage a diverse student caseload and adapt interventions Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group OT services to students (caseload up to 20 students) Conduct thorough evaluations and write clear, actionable reports Develop and implement IEP goals focused on student growth and engagement Collaborate directly with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure student needs are met Document interventions and progress in accordance with school standards Consult with educational teams on adaptive strategies and classroom modifications
