Job Description

Make a positive impact as an Occupational Therapist working directly with students in a supportive school environment near Arvada, CO! This contract position is ideal for professionals passionate about enriching students educational experiences. The role is based onsite, serving a dedicated caseload over the school year.
Position Details:
School calendar assignment: August 13th, 2026 May 20th, 2027 Part-time, 1.5 days per week (16 hours total) Serve a caseload of 20 students in a collaborative educational setting Onsite service requirementfull engagement with students and staff
What Youll Bring:
Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Ability to design, implement, and assess therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and address students functional and developmental needs within the school environment Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress Maintain clear, accurate documentation and progress notes Offer consultation and support to school staff and families to maximize student participation and independence This opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference while working with a manageable caseload and a stable, predictable schedule.
