About Us:
Sensory Pathways 4 Kids is a pediatric occupational therapy clinic (3 locations) with 38 years of trusted practice. We're known for our depth of expertise in sensory processing disorders and our close-knit, collaborative team model. Our multidisciplinary environment brings together pediatric professionals who genuinely care about our patients and each other.Big News:
We are opening a third location in Thornton and expanding our clinic in Centennial! These moves are leading to openings in all three locations, including Wheat Ridge, since clinicians will be transitioning to Thornton. Every therapist gets their own private sensory gym — your personal treatment space, fully equipped, with no competing schedules or shared rooms. The therapists switch rooms weekly to offer variety for the therapists and the clients.Your day-to-day:
Deliver nine individual, one-on-one treatment sessions per day — no group therapy, ever Design and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans Monitor progress and adapt care as each child grows Partner with families on home programs and therapeutic strategies Collaborate with OTs, other COTAs, and other pediatric specialists on the teamKey Responsibilities:
Design and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Provide direct therapy services in clinic Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate and empower families on therapeutic strategies and home programs. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and team members.Qualifications:
Associate's degree as an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant Current Colorado OT or COTA license or eligibility to obtain one Pediatric experience preferred — but new graduates are warmly welcomed Strong clinical reasoning and a genuine passion for working with children Excellent communication skills with families and care teamsBenefits:
