Job Description
Desired Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapist license (OT) valid in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT environment preferred Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload across multiple age groups Excellent communication and collaboration skillsRole Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy services from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday until early December Serve elementary (K-2 & 3-5), middle, and high school students, grouping where appropriate Caseload consists of:- Elementary K-2: 9.5 direct hours
- Elementary 3-5: 9.5 direct hours
Middle School:
4.5 direct hoursHigh School:
1 direct hour with an individual student Collaborate with educational teams to support students' IEP goals Maintain thorough documentation and communicate progressBenefits Include:
