Responsibilities include food preperation, adhering to the chef's recipes, cooking and presentation requirments. Cooks are required to use safe food handling procedures and maintain a clean work environment before, during and after dinner service. Cooks are responsible for daily operational procedures in the kitchen. Cooks must be efficient, hard working and able to handle a fast paced environment. At least 1 year of restaurant experience is preferred.
