Join Cross Country Education as an Occupational Therapist in Bridgeport, CT, and help K-12 students build the skills, confidence, and independence they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond. Position Overview Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students across one or two assigned school campuses. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, and monitor student progress. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals and recommend appropriate interventions. Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring services meet professional and school-based standards. Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) or equivalent accredited OT program Valid Connecticut Occupational Therapist (OT) License Experience providing occupational therapy services in a K-12 school setting preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
