School Occupational Therapist | Bristol, Connecticut Soliant - 3.9 Bristol, CT Job Details Full-time | Contract $37.64 - $57.64 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a dynamic educational environment near Bristol, CT. This onsite role spans multiple school sites within the district, offering meaningful engagement with diverse student populations from August 27, 2026, through the end of November. Working a consistent 35-hour week, you'll play a vital role in helping students achieve their academic and developmental goals.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active Connecticut Occupational Therapy (OT) license required Experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred Comfortable covering multiple sites within a school district Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt therapy approaches for different age groups and needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct OT services to students across multiple schools within the district Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and set appropriate therapeutic goals Monitor and document student progress in accordance with school policies and professional best practices Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success in the educational environment Participate actively in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to collaborative educational planning Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal guidelines, as well as district procedures
