Tuesday•Saturday afternoon availability Reports to: Kelly Orsino, MS, OTR/L & Suzanne Ford, MS, OTR/L Join Sasco River Center's multidisciplinary team as an Occupational Therapist! As an Occupational Therapist at Sasco River Center, you will provide comprehensive evaluation and therapeutic services to children with developmental, behavioral, and sensory-processing needs. You will work collaboratively with families and an interdisciplinary clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support functional independence and meaningful participation across home, school, and community settings.
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive treatment plan including long•and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities Provide direct occupational therapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults Administrative duties, including documentation, treatment planning, progress notes, and communication with families, multidisciplinary team members, schools, and outside providers as needed Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, grand rounds and case consultations Set up the gym for evaluations/sessions and maintain a clean gym environment after each therapy session/day Perform other clinical and administrative duties as required

Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Occupational Therapist licensure in Connecticut Ability to conduct occupational therapy evaluation, assessment and evidence-based OT interventions for children, adolescents, and adults, including sensory integration, fine/gross motor development, and ADL training Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities Ability to commute to both Darien and Wilton locations 2-3 years experience preferred
