What You'll Do:

Build strong, trusting relationships with your patients Deliver exceptional care and tailor treatment plans to meet individual goals Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely Collaborate with physicians and your care team to ensure best outcomes Educate and empower patients with home programs and resources Represent PTSMC in the community and promote our "PT for Life" philosophy

What You Bring:

Degree from an accredited OT program Connecticut Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to apply) A genuine desire to help people live healthier, more active lives
