Elementary School Students Position Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations regarding student services Support students in improving fine motor, sensory processing, self-help, and classroom participation skills Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Consult with educational staff to support student success across school environments Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines Qualifications Active Connecticut Occupational Therapist (OT) License School-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Passion for supporting students with diverse learning and developmental needs Why Join Sunbelt Staffing?
