Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Eligibility for Connecticut state licensure Experience or strong interest in school-based OT, especially with Autism Spectrum students, is highly valued Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students in specialized Autism program classrooms Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to support student progress Contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt interventions as needed
