This position focuses on providing comprehensive occupational therapy services across various environments, including traditional school settings, home health, healthcare, and teletherapy. Utilizing your expertise in both fine and gross motor skills, youll support student growth and independence, working closely with education professionals and families.

What youll need to succeed:

Valid Occupational Therapy license Previous experience delivering OT services in schools, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy environments Strong skill set in fine motor and gross motor development Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet diverse learner needs Effective communication and collaboration abilities with staff, students, and parents Familiarity with IEPs and the educational evaluation process is a plus Key responsibilities: Assessing students to determine therapy needs and developing individualized plans Delivering direct OT services in both individual and group settings Implementing evidence-based interventions to improve daily living, academic performance, and independence Documenting progress and maintaining records in accordance with school and regulatory requirements Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for optimal student outcomes Participating in IEP meetings and team conferences as needed Utilizing multiple service delivery models, including in-person and teletherapy, as appropriate Benefits include a comprehensive package featuring medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401K plan, and full-time stability that supports your career and well-being.
