Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience in school-based OT services preferred Understanding of IEP processes and documentation Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to adapt interventions to meet a variety of student needs Commitment to in-person services in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students needs and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver hands-on therapy to promote students functional independence Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to integrate strategies Document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary Attend meetings and contribute to educational planning as needed Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for school-based
