Your background in OT, particularly in school-based settings, along with your proficiency in fine and gross motor skill development, will be invaluable. Desired Experience and Skills:

Valid certification and state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience in school-based OT, as well as exposure to home health and teletherapy models Strong assessment skills in fine and gross motor development Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families Talent for designing and implementing customized therapeutic interventions for diverse student needs Familiarity with documentation standards and school system protocols

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for students, recommending interventions and strategies Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans to support students developmental and academic goals Consult with educational teams to adapt classroom activities and environments Provide direct therapy and monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
