Opportunities are available in the following school sites: Lancashire and Maple Lane Elementary Schools (split caseload) Mount Pleasant Elementary Middle and High School (split caseload)

Key Qualifications:

Current Delaware Occupational Therapist license required Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong collaboration skills with educators and multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with IEPs and student documentation in an educational environment Ability to work independently and across multiple school sites as needed Must provide updated resume for consideration Applicants must complete $85 CBC fingerprinting at personal expense and must confirm acknowledgment and consent prior to submission Open only to OTs; applications from COTAs cannot be accepted for these positions

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy assessments, direct interventions, and consultative services Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with special education teams Maintain detailed and compliant student records, progress reports, and IEP documentation Support students in acquiring fine motor, adaptive, and self-care skills necessary for classroom participation Engage with families and school staff to ensure comprehensive care for each student
