Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) - School-Based | Wilmington, DE | 2026-2027 School Year A school district in Wilmington, DE is seeking multiple full-time Occupational Therapists (OTs) for the upcoming school year. This is a fully onsite role supporting students in a collaborative, school-based setting.
Position Details:
Full-time:
37.5 hours per week Multiple openings (4-5 positions) Onsite only
Caseload:
TBD Responsibilities:
Evaluate students' fine motor, sensory, and functional needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct and consultative OT services Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
Qualifications:
Active Delaware OT license (required) School-based experience required Strong pediatric and/or elementary experience preferred Ability to work onsite full-time
