Join Our Team
  • We're looking for Occupational Therapists to support our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for therapists who want flexibility , meaningful work, and a supportive clinical environment. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students in a school setting. The OT will work with students to improve their ability to participate in academic and daily school activities by addressing physical, sensory, and motor skill challenges. What We Offer Flexible, as-needed scheduling Competitive per-visit rates: Supportive clinical and administrative team Opportunity to work with a diverse patient population Consistent referrals based on availability
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate students to determine needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional performance Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills
