Encompass Health is seeking a Hospital Occupational Therapy Lead to guide high-quality, patient-centered rehab care. In this on-site role, you will coordinate OT services, lead and mentor therapists, and deliver hands-on evaluation and treatment for diverse inpatient rehab patients.
