Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist Lead to guide clinical practice in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will oversee and mentor OT staff, deliver evidence-based, patient-centered therapy, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence after major illness or injury. You will shape treatment programs, ensure quality documentation and regulatory compliance, support staff development, and champion a culture of integrity, respect, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
