Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT licensure in the state or eligibility for licensure Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and fellow professionals Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites efficiently Familiarity with IEP development and implementation Comfortable adapting therapy techniques to serve a diverse student population

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to identify students' motor, sensory, or adaptive needs Develop and deliver individualized intervention plans in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate therapy interventions into classroom routines Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students at various school locations Accurately document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required Travel between assigned school sites to ensure continuity of services This full-time Occupational Therapist contract runs from ASAP through May 27th, 2027, offering a chance to build relationships and see students grow over the academic year.
