About the Role Easterseals Florida is seeking a Licensed and Registered Occupational Therapist to join our Pediatric Outpatient Therapy Programs. In this role, you will evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental, physical, and sensory needs in a collaborative outpatient setting. Working closely with children, families, and multidisciplinary professionals, the Occupational Therapist supports participation, independence, and functional skill development across home, school, and community environments. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, organized, and passionate about helping children reach their full potential through compassionate and individualized therapy services. Key Responsibilities

• Complete initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric outpatient therapy clients
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans utilizing best practice and evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
• Document evaluation results, treatment progress notes, summaries, billing information, and justifications for equipment, payment, and treatment within required timeframes using the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Establish, implement, and successfully work toward goals and objectives outlined in the client's Plan of Care
• Efficiently manage an assigned caseload while maintaining compliance with program and payer requirements
• Provide clinical supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), as assigned
• Facilitate coordinated care by consulting and communicating with School Program staff, Early Intervention staff, case management team members, parents/guardians, and the Clinical Director
• Provide education, training, and support to clients and families to promote carryover of therapeutic strategies
