Whether you're an experienced pediatric occupational therapist or a new graduate eager to begin your career, we'd love to hear from you. You will have the opportunity to work at a Pediatric Prescribed Extended Care Center (PPEC) where you'll work alongside a collaborative team of physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, music therapists, and nursing professionals to provide individualized, evidence-based care for children with medically complex conditions. Our interdisciplinary approach allows therapists to make a meaningful impact while helping children maximize independence, participation, and quality of life in a supportive, family-centered environment. Your Role Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medically complex diagnoses. Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence in daily activities, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional development. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families. Educate families and caregivers on home programs and strategies to support continued progress. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using AI-powered documentation technology designed to reduce administrative burden. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while helping children achieve meaningful functional outcomes. Requirements Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current Florida Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passion for providing exceptional pediatric patient care. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
