We provide occupational therapy services in homes, schools, daycares, ABA centers, and community settings, allowing children to learn and grow in their natural environments.

Sensory integration and regulation Autism spectrum disorders Feeding therapy Fine motor and visual motor skills Activities of daily living Social-emotional development Primitive reflex integration Position Summary Grow Through Play is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and families while providing high-quality, evidence-based care. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct occupational therapy services in homes, schools, ABA centers, and community settings Complete documentation and progress reports in a timely manner Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals Educate families on strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions Maintain compliance with all state and professional requirements Qualifications Current Florida Occupational Therapy License (OTR/L) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Pediatric experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation Current CPR certification Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) AHCA Level 2 Background Screening (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Grow Through Play?
