| FLORIDA Join Our Team Joint Implant Surgeons of Florida (JISF) is a physician-owned private medical practice specializing in Orthopedics, Spine, and Pain Management. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. Our therapists work closely with our physicians to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care. Full-time, day-shift position, generally scheduled between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM No weekends, holidays or on-call requirements No disaster-team shifts Competitive compensation Company-sponsored medical insurance 401(k) with a 4% company match Paid time off Voluntary dental, vision, life and disability insurance Additional coverage options, including critical illness and identity theft protection What You'll Do As an Occupational Therapist at JISF, you will help patients restore function, improve mobility and regain independence through individualized treatment plans. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Provide effective, evidence-based occupational therapy, including hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation as appropriate. Design and fabricate custom orthoses and splints. Collaborate directly with physicians and other members of the clinical team to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, activity modifications and activities of daily living. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records and billing documentation. Requirements:

What We're Looking For Required qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current Florida Occupational Therapist license. Strong communication, organization and time-management skills. A patient-centered approach and commitment to excellent care. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team. Preferred qualifications Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or actively working toward certification. Experience in orthopedic or hand therapy. Advanced training in custom orthotic fabrication, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
