Education:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure:

Active state Occupational Therapist license (e.g., FL Dept of Health).

Experience:

A min 1 year of work exp required, pref. in a hospital setting

Certifications:

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of hire.
