Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an Occupational Therapist at Bayonet Point Health Center by Harborview, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans that promote restoration, maintenance, and improvement of our residents' physical and cognitive abilities. You will conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education and support to our residents, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations to assess our residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans to meet our residents' specific needs Provide physical, cognitive, and sensory-based interventions to improve our residents' abilities and function Educate and support our residents, families, and staff on occupational therapy techniques and strategies Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress, and outcomes
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current state licensure and registration as an Occupational Therapist Minimum of 0 years of experience in occupational therapy (new graduates welcome to apply!) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
