Qualifications:

Active Florida Department of Health Occupational Therapist license School-based OT experience preferred (but not required) Must complete fingerprinting (or verification of previous prints via the AHCA Clearinghouse) and secure a JLA badge Strong adaptability and communication skills Willingness to support multiple sites as an itinerant provider

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services across North and West Jacksonville school sites Address the needs of diverse caseloads (details to be updated) across student age groups Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to create student-centered plans Document and report progress following state and district standards Support student growth through individualized interventions
