Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a full-time Occupational Therapist. You'll play a crucial role in helping children and adolescents develop essential fine and gross motor skills that support their academic success and daily living. We are seeking three passionate OTs to join the school-based team, where your expertise will make a real difference every day.
Details:
Full-time positions (37.5 hours per week) Immediate start, with contracts extending through May 2027 Work with a diverse caseload of students across elementary, middle, and high school settings Interviews available this week for qualified candidates What we're looking for: Proven experience in school-based, home health, or other pediatric occupational therapy settings Solid understanding of fine and gross motor development in children and adolescents Familiarity collaborating with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), teachers, and other specialists Strong communication and documentation skills Active OT license (or eligibility) for the state Key responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to students Support students in achieving individualized education program (IEP) goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student development Supervise and partner with COTAs as needed Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with district policies You'll have the chance to thrive in a school community that values your contribution and supports ongoing professional growth.
