Role:
As an Occupational Therapist Full Time at North Beach Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, developing personalized treatment plans to promote independence, safety, and overall well-being. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients, including interventions and therapeutic activities designed to promote physical and cognitive functioning Document patient progress and develop care plans to ensure optimal outcomes Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida 1 year of experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
